Amanda Flaherty BA, Digital Marketing Specialist, Operation Parent
Nickie Timmins is a Project Manager who has led in the development of Operation Parent’s prevention resources including The Elementary and Middle/High Parent Handbooks, and TNT (a drug prevention toolkit). As a young parent, and former ministry leader, Nickie understands how vital preventative conversations are in the home. Her passion is helping equip caregivers to feel confident with the harder conversations through Operation Parent resources. Interests: Family trips to Disney, yard games, brunch, and hosting parties.
Amanda Flaherty is the Digital Marketing Specialist at Operation Parent. Since joining Operation Parent, she has amplified the organization's voice across social media, driving significant growth and engagement. In addition to social media, Amanda leads the promotion and design of webinar presentations, crafting compelling marketing emails and seamlessly managing webinar technology for thousands of live attendees. Before joining Operation Parent, she honed her marketing and social media expertise through internships with nonprofits and a role at a marketing consulting firm. She holds a B.A. in Marketing from Murray State University. Dedicated to Operation Parent’s mission, Amanda works tirelessly to expand access to prevention education for families. One day, she plans to put all the parenting insights she’s gained to good use when she has kids of her own.
